Product Description
Innovative rolling design is adopted for FS-A20 Automatic Film Sealer, which can effectively avoid sample loss and spatial cross-infection. It can be applied in conventional PCR Polymerase Chain Reaction) and fluorescence QPCR(Qualitative Polymerase Chain Reaction). The machine is easy for operation, 4 modes are available (pressure-sensitive film, adhesive film,0.1 mLÂ PCR 8-strip tubes 0.2Â mLÂ PCR 8-strip tubes ), flexible to set software parameters and rolling value. Rolling frequency can be moderated according to the requirement of the experiment so that an assortment of brands of pressure-sensitive films and reaction plates can be well applicable.

OperationSteps
(01) Plug in the power cord, turn on the power switch, the screen will light up, and the instrument will perform a self-check;
(02) After passing the self-test, the screen displays the main interface, which is the mode selection interface;
(03) The corresponding mode can be selected according to the sealing film requirements: PS film (pressure-sensitive film mode), 0.1 mL Tube (0.1 mL 8 capping mode), Adhesive film (adhesive film mode), 0.2 mL Tube (0.2 mL 8 Joint gland mode) ;
(04) Select the mode, place the corresponding adapter, 96-well sealing adapter; 384-well sealing adapter and 8-strip tubes gland adapter;
(05)Set the icon in the upper right corner to enter the parameter setting interface to modify the rolling times and positions;
(06)Rolling times (1-99) and Rolling Pressure 1-3 are adjustable.
(07) Click Save to return to the operation interface;
(08) Pressure sensitive sealing film and adhesive sealing film: place the prepared sample in the PCR plate, tear off the sealing film and stick it, and then put the PCR plate with the film on the sealer. Note that the wells should be aligned and flat; 8-strip tubes grand: place the prepared sample in the 8-strip tubes, place the 8-strip tube on the film
(09) Press START, the instrument automatically enters the working chamber, and automatically seals/capping according to different working modes;
(10) At the end of the operation, the instrument automatically exits the warehouse, and the screen displays Finished;
(11) Take out the PCR plate with the membrane sealed/the 8 tubes with the cap pressed.
Note: If the operation or sample is wrong, you need to stop the operation and take out the PCR plate, click the stop operation button, and the instrument can directly exit the compartment door.
Warning ! Please do not directly touch the PCR plate during operation to avoid physical injury or sample loss.
