Description
Our Colorimetric ELISA AP substrate is a ready to use highly sensitive p-Nitrophenylphosphate (pNPP) substrate for enzyme Alkaline phosphatase, capable of detecting alkaline phosphatase labeled antibodies in ELISA experiments. It produces a soluble yellow reaction product that can be read at 405-410 nm. For endpoint assays, the reaction may be stopped with Stop Solution- 3 N NaOH.
This substrate is suitable for ELISA experiments ONLY and not recommended for Western Blot.
The supplied substrate is stable for 18 months if stored at 2-8 °C and used as recommended in the protocol.
