This kit is designed for extracting high quality total proteins from bacteria without sonication or precipitation processes. The kit utilizes a proprietary non-ionic detergent and buffering system and Lysozyme, which is very effective in extracting proteins from gram positive and gram negative bacteria. In addition, it also offers several fold increase in the yield of soluble proteins and the extracted proteins are stable, since there is no repeated freezing and thawing steps. Our Bacterial Protein Extraction Buffer kit is supplied with an optimal buffer solution for routinely extracting recombinant proteins from bacterial samples.
