Potassium Phosphate Monobasic solution is a widely used reagent with numerous molecular biology applications; it is used as a component of phosphate buffered saline for treating oligonucleotide nanoparticles and silver nanoparticles. It has also been used in the preparation of phosphate buffer used for high performance liquid chromatography-electrochemical detection (HPLC-ECD) system.
