Description
Our Chemiluminescent-HRP Western Blot Kit has been designed for the Chemiluminescent detection and visualization of the proteins immobilized on Western Blot. The kit is supplied with an ultra‐sensitive Luminol substrate and Peroxide solutions that produces chemiluminescence upon reaction with horseradish peroxidase. The chemiluminescence light emission can be recorded by a short exposure to autoradiography films. Our kit allows detection of low femtogram levels (10-15) of antigens with low noise (signal/background) ratio. The reagents supplied in the kit are sufficient for about 1,600 cm2 of PVDF or Nitrocellulose membrane or 25 Mini Blots of size 8.5cmx7.5cm, when volume 4mL of working solution is used as recommended. The kit is also supplied with a Membrane Blocker and 10X TBST Wash Buffer. The primary and secondary HRP-labeled antibodies are not supplied with the kit.
