General Description
The Colorimetric ELISA AP substrate is a highly sensitive substrate capable of detecting less than 0.5 pg of alkaline phosphatase labeled antibodies. The kit is supplied with alkaline phosphatase substrate, a blocking buffer and TBST Wash Buffer and offers an incredibly strong signal and low background.
