Source protein: Protein A affinity purified protein from mouse ascites fluid
Clonality and Host Species: GA1R, Mouse
Immunogen and Isotype: Recombinant GAPDH, IgG1
Specificity and reactivity: Detects native and denatured forms of GAPDH (~37 KDa) from bacteria, yeast, rat, mouse, rabbit, chicken, human and hamster
Application: Western Blot, Dot Blot, ELISA, IHC/IS
Available form: 50 µg of lyophilized antibody (lyophilized in 10mM PBS, pH 7.2 with 1% BSA and 0.05% Sodium azide; NaN3)
Working procedure: Western blot (with ECL) 1:1000-100,000 dilution, incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. For the best results, determine the optimal working antibody dilution for your protein of interest.
Storage: Supplied lyophilized antibodies can be stored at -20ºC for 3 years. Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with distilled water to 1mg/ml or a desired concentration before use. Reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20ºC for 2 years. Centrifuge after first thaw to maximum product recovery. Aliquot into smaller volume to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store aliquots at 4ºC for several days to 2 weeks.
