Protein A affinity chromatography purified protein from mouse ascites fluid.
Clonality and Host Species:
Immunogen and Isotype:
GFP from jelly Aequorea Victoria (FLAG) synthetic N-terminal peptide conjugated to KLH, IgG2b
Specificity and reactivity:
Detects the native and denatured forms of GFP and its variants such as EGFP, YEP, EYFP and CFP.
Western blot, Dot blot, ELISA, IHC/IS, Western blot (with ECL) 1-10 ng of GFP or GFP fusion protein.
Lyophilized 1mg/mL (lyophilized in 10mM PBS, pH 7.2 with 1% BSA and 0.05% Sodium azide; NaN3)
Western blot (with ECL) 1:1000-3,000 dilution incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. For the best results, determine the optimal working antibody dilution for your protein of interest.
Supplied lyophilized antibodies can be stored at 200C for 3 years.
Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with distilled water to 1mg/ml or a desired concentration before use.
Reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20oC for 2 years. Centrifuge after first thaw to maximum product recovery. Aliquot into smaller volume to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles. Store aliquots at 40C for several days to 2 weeks.
