Anti- ß-Tubulin, Clonility BT7R

Cat. No.: 10003 Categories: ,

General Description

Source protein:                             Protein A affinity purified protein from mouse ascites fluid.

Clonality and Host Species:       BT7R, Mouse

Immunogen and Isotype:            Beta tubulin N-terminal peptide-KLH conjugates, IgG2a

Specificity and reactivity:           Detects native and denatured forms of beta actin (~50KDa) from rat, mouse, rabbit, chicken, monkey and human

Application:                                   Western blot, Dot blot, ELISA, IHC/IS

Available form:                             50 µg of lyophilized antibody (lyophilized in 10mM PBS, pH 7.2 with 1% BSA and 0.05% Sodium azide; NaN3)

Working procedure:                     Western blot (with ECL) 1:2000-5,000 dilution incubate for 1 hour at room temperature. For the best results, determine the optimal working antibody dilution for your protein of interest.

Storage:                                          Supplied lyophilized antibodies can be stored at -20ºC for 3 years. Reconstitute the lyophilized antibody with distilled water to 1mg/ml or a desired concentration before use. Reconstituted liquid can be stored at -20ºC for 2 years. Centrifuge after first thaw to maximum product recovery. Aliquot into smaller volume to avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.  Store aliquots at 4ºC for several days to 2 weeks.
